App has an age bias, and the signup flow needs major fixes - Avis employé Independent Contractor WorkWhile

The signup flow is broken. The initial flow stops at the shift search and reports an error. The error is that you have not done the required orientation, but the user has to figure that out. A selfi is required, but the selfi camera rotates the photo 90 degrees and can't be edited. Uploads are not allowed. There is a section to add job experience, but the app seems to assume that all workers have only worked in a few, low skilled jobs, so you can't pick your actual skills and titles. The certifications section does not include professional certifications such as PMP. The impression this gives is an illegal age bias towards young workers who have very little work experience.
