Inconvénients
Heavily under resourced which was paired with being given levels of responsibility not suitable for the role, which created a stressful workplace environment. I was often referred to as an 'expert' to external partners in certain fields, despite being a newcomer, creating uneccessary levels of pressure.
There was a strong lack of support as the person responsible for teaching me would instead be too focused on other tasks or on holiday. Learning was primarily self-taught.
There was mould in the kitchen and cardboard boxes everywhere throughout the office, which created an unhappy environment. Working hours were long and the pay was minimal.
