      Avantages

      There are not many pros here at WinMax. If you're a recruiter, you have the opportunity to network with some pretty big companies, mainly Cisco, Brocade, and a little bit of Apple.

      Inconvénients

      With a company holding 12 employees, bureaucracy is a huge problem. Management, particularly the president and "directors" are not transparent and try to find as many loopholes as possible. Lack of care for their employees, with complete disregard to employee well being. Will be called on days off and vacations to help upper management with work and to answer questions. Hard core micromanagement as well.

      Avantages

      I needed a job quickly and was grateful that they hired immediately.

      Inconvénients

      The salary was terrible and the lowest I’ve been offered! I didn’t expect that the workload would be so much than one person could handle. It was exhausting! And on top of that, working with management was actually horrible! They were rude, unethical, and verbally abusive!
