We collaborate on a daily basis to get the job done! It is very rewarding when we have a placement that goes over smooth and tactical which is a process that we will continue to implement across the board. Inconvénients
-The Staffing and Recruiting Vertical requires urgency and persistency. Because of this, sometimes there is work to do in the later hours and evenings. But getting people started on time and answering questions accordingly is part of the job so I wouldn't even consider this to be a con!
