      Avantages

      You have flexible hours. There is ins't really any pros, I am trying to make up one.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible place to work. No organization, not a professional place. No such thing as management. pay is poor. All the employees are either related to each other or dating each other. no room for Growth. Just an overall mess!

      Very creative group of people who believe anything can be achieved, they don't take no for answers.

      Inconvénients

      Small group so you'll need to wear many hats a t the same time.

      Avantages

      Very creative and excellent work environment, professional team players. Latin diversity reigns, as a multinational company they operate comfortably across borders, platforms, and nuances in cultures.

      Inconvénients

      Latin America sometimes has competitive edge when it comes to pricing on production services, so Wikot's offer its top quality services at very affordable prices, which affects the whole pool of pricing, leads to lower salaries and tons of work. Great for clients, not so great for accounts internally.
