      Avantages

      Pay is competitive. Consultants are good.

      Inconvénients

      Not a good fit if you dislike managers expecting responses at 9pm on a Friday night. Extreme passive aggressiveness. Instead of setting clear expectations with customers, management overpromises to get the deal and leaves consultants holding the bag.

      Avantages

      Strong background and track record of successful ERP implementations. Most "legacy" employees are highly experienced with domain expertise. After being acquired, longer term financial security is stronger.

      Inconvénients

      Growth and acquisition/absorption of other companies has been somewhat disruptive. Little, if any, formal method to train and develop less experienced personnel.
