Over the past year, there’s been a big push toward modernizing the stack, improving developer experience, and breaking down silos between product, data science, and engineering. You can feel the momentum building—sprints are better organized, the roadmap is clearer, and collaboration across teams has improved dramatically. There’s also a strong sense of mission and culture. People are smart, kind, and pragmatic. Leadership is approachable and transparent (especially the CEO—rare in a company this size). It’s a nice balance between startup energy and enterprise stability.

Because the company has made some smart acquisitions, there are still some legacy systems and duplicate processes being untangled. But there’s a clear plan to consolidate and modernize, and engineers have a voice in how that happens.
