They had very good management's support, especially for executing digital campaigns or for proving out experimental approaches. I now have good experience at client communications, lead generation and campaign implementation.

As a young company, there were delays on approvals at times and some interdepartmental hiccups. Wage hikes and bonuses may be more based and performance related.

The company is deeply involved in cutting-edge tech, especially AI solutions, which gives employees a chance to work on exciting and meaningful projects.

Sometimes the workload can be heavy, especially around product launches or deadlines.
