      Flexibilité quant aux emplois à accepter et aux horaires

      Inconvénients

      Il peut être difficile de trouver du travail en septembre et octobre. Obtenir un poste permanent est encore plus difficile. Cela fait dix ans que je cherche et je n'ai toujours pas décroché de poste permanent.

      I Love working with children.

      Inconvénients

      There are no downsizes but if people can become permanent faster that would be awesome.

      Avantages

      -comparable salary -great benefits program -schools all have a different culture and background -multicultural school board -protective of employees and ensuring teachers have jobs

      Inconvénients

      -head office is extremely busy - sometimes not efficient in operation -a lot of red tape -school board is in a smaller town -representatives are not always helpful
