      Avantages

      Owners know every employee's name, even though they own several, much larger companies all across the country. The General Manager is the greatest person to work for - I will never find another boss as great as him. Staff is super friendly - family type atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room to grow, high turnover, owners do not know much about the restaurant industry.

      Avantages

      Great place to work for college kids looking for a job in the summer or winter, GM is always very accommodating with your schedule and always looked forward to having us back during break. The staff was always so welcoming and like a second family

      Inconvénients

      not many, no room to grow as an employee really unless youve been there for 15 or so years
