      very good tax shield brings effective take home pay up. rapid expansion means there is high demand for people. very high turnover of new hires. credibility is based on loyalty and length of tenure.

      Inconvénients

      old timers pull down new hires with more progressive thinking. compliance is down the drain. gross violation of labor regulations.
