Established ERGs in 2022 Made benefits changes in response to new employee struggles with previous insurance Solid business plan that spans three major industry domains Quality co-workers Highly intentional in all process improvements

Inconvénients

Two layoffs in 2022 during financial restructuring (people just disappeared) Noticeable attrition of employees Separation of leadership class and others who feel much less empowered Difficult transition after acquisition, some of which is still not resolved Slow to integrate all groups

Thanks for your review. Layoffs are an unfortunate part of working in any organization, as are the challenges around integrating an acquisition. Our CEO has, however, made great strides in creating a flat structure with very approachable and proactive senior management. Feel free to reach out.

Avantages

Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

Inconvénients

Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.
