Avantages

Great Pay! Bonuses! Unlimited PTO that you are Encouraged to take! Flexible Scheduling! Work From Home during COVID-19! - The Company Leadership go out of their way to ensure that all are able to work remotely, and continue their jobs. Ongoing employee surveys to ensure all are happy with their job, the company, and to be able to provide feedback. Snacks! Food! Good things in the Office (when we were in the office, and when we return someday...)! Great, Fun, Intelligent People! Great Customers!

Inconvénients

Health Insurance really kind of sucks everywhere these days. The Health Insurance at Valorem Reply is good, but like most plans, not great. That's really all I can think of that would be a 'Con'.

Avantages

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Inconvénients

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Avantages

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Inconvénients

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
