Avantages

The work was challenging and learned a new set of skills during my time with company. Co-workers and management easily accessible and good communication. Good team atmosphere between all departments. Owners were involved in all departments.

Inconvénients

In 2012 there was too much work for the support staff on hand at that time. Some would think of this as a Con but those with a good work ethic succeeded and were rewarded.

Avantages

Lots of events Quarterly meetings to keep the whole company up to date on earnings, strategies, goals and more Every one is nice and friendly Work life balance

Inconvénients

Management doesn’t really seem to have a plan or idea what they’re trying to do. They changed people’s positions, hierarchy and teams multiple times in a year. Pretty high turnover rate, new people usually don’t stay more than a few months idk why Lack of communication when it comes to changes, had issues with software because they thought they could move everything to the cloud because “technology”. Created more issues than it solved Lack of growth Non competitive wage (lowballed in the beginning) Goals are kinda useless. They’re confusing and not specific towards my department so we have to add more work to “create quarterly goals” for us as a department and individually
