      Avantages

      paid training. You work from home. Good commission structure.

      Inconvénients

      They treat you like a suspect even if you're doing great! They monitor so heavy, and will chat with you in the middle of a call disrupting your flow. Also a short break, no flexibility to even go to the bathroom.
