      Avantages

      For those that like to learn a lot, the company has great mentors who share knowledge selflessly. Feedbacks are given regularly and are communicated well and clear. Dedication, hard-work and loyalty is rewarded. All this contributes to professional and personal development if the person is willing to work on it. They welcome proactivity and optimisation suggestions, there's no micromanagement and you have full autonomy over your responsibilities.

      Inconvénients

      Working from home is difficult in a small company where majority of the employees work on-site, so communication with remote workers can be delayed and sometimes unclear leading to a feeling of isolation.

      Avantages

      I’ve been with the company for almost four years and have worked across a few different areas. Being a small business, you’re given the space to try things out, discover what you’re good at, and really play to your strengths. My experience has been genuinely positive and naturally led me into marketing. I’ve been given a lot of freedom to manage social campaigns and contribute to the wider strategy across marketing services and events, which has been incredibly valuable. Management listens, supports new ideas, and never makes you feel ignored - the team are always supportive if you want to suggest or try something new.

      Inconvénients

      Late hours can happen due to the nature of the fintech events business, which is expected and not something I mind.
