      Avantages

      Nice office location , free health care, small company atmosphere. Occasional "fun at work" days where you can win a t shirt in bean bag toss or something.

      Inconvénients

      Constant blame game between departments, most executives are related and it certainly shows in policy and practice . IT cripples the whole company with their bug ridden 1997 software
