      A lot of change has caused bureaucracy and mismanaged the merger with UZ. Lack of visibility.

      Avantages

      -- Leadership transparency about what we're doing and why we're doing it; and how we are working through current market instability/uncertainty. -- Compensation & Benefits package is the best I've ever had in the past 3 decades.

      Inconvénients

      -- Our sales team is failing us -- Still(!) working through the tech debt of the Userzoom merger
