      Avantages

      Great people, great earning potential, great training and a lot of support from management. The lead quality is high and the company has a good reputation in the market. Lots of positive changes being implemented with regards to employee benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Rotating shift patterns can make it more challenging to plan life around work and regular overtime required to reach targets / your own personal financial goals

      - Some friendly staff - Location (Right by the lakes)

      Inconvénients

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Inconvénients

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
