Hourly pay, mediocre benefits, antiquated ideology, okay for new grads - Avis employé Landscape Designer Urban Engineering

Great company to work for when starting out in the industry. The skills I learned here have helped with finishing my classes and completing the FE. The intern pay is hourly, and a bit lower than industry standard. In return, you get pretty comprehensive healthcare.

I have no complaints about Urban Engineering.

You learn a lot because they just throw you in to all sorts of stuff.

You are really learning in a toxic environment. They expect you you work crazy hours but won't let you bill all of them.
