Avantages
They catch you with a good image, the HR staff gives you the impression of a corporation. Therefore you have trainings, where in other companies you don`t have. You may have also a good salary, but this depends of your connections in the company.
Inconvénients
They treat you very badly, starting with the local management and ending with the HR in Cluj. They lied to me, they did not pay me my overtime. Moreover, in the official papers I don`t have any overtime, but I did a lot ! They tell you frankly: "if you want this and this, you have the freedom to sue us". This is not what I expected from this company. I am very sad.
