I love some of the people that I work with. Enjoy the population of patients that are on my unit. Like that you can do payroll deduct for meals and uniform.
Inconvénients
Management on my unit not the best doesn't seem as if they care. Underpaid for a the work I do. Yearly raise not even with it. You get like a 10-20 cents raise a year. Lots of gaps in communication.

Definitally have favorites.
Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
