Avantages

low stress - atmosphere is low paced and in an event a certain task does not posess sufficient prerequisites to be completed the deadline is extended, flexible working hours - you're only required to be in the office between 9 and 13 hours - apart from that you must have 40 working hours per week.

Inconvénients

relatively low salary - what you've agreed upon during the job review remains constant more or less - a pay increase even if deserved is almost impossible to get (this is other people's experience - I wasn't around for that long), badly managed projects - when I came along there was a big project that had been going on for almost two years and by then it has breached every conceivable deadline and was very much still in development phase and unstable

Avantages

- Stable environment, young people in the company - Compassionate manager (in my specific case, maybe not all of them are like this) - Ok bonuses - Extra work transformed in free hours/days off

Inconvénients

- Low salary raise - Not a great communication between Austria and the rest of the countries in some cases, some information is lost on the way - Evaluations based on knowledge is not really transparent

Avantages

The company offers a stable working environment and, depending on the department, you can find supportive and friendly colleagues. Work-life balance is generally good, and there is little pressure outside of working hours.

Inconvénients

However, the technologies used are very outdated, which can be frustrating for those looking to develop their skills or work on more modern projects. Processes tend to move slowly, and decision-making can be bureaucratic. Salaries are below market standards, and despite the company performing well financially, there are frequent cost-cutting measures that affect overall morale.
