      Avantages

      Being a small company, the payment is less than you'd find at a big organization, but the flexible hours, opportunity to take ownership of projects, and awesome environment in downtown Chicago make up for it.

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay than a big company might offer, but it's not terrible.

      Avantages

      Very good place to get started and get your name out there. Editors were very helpful and easy to work with. I was a National Team member, which was also a very valuable experience.

      Inconvénients

      It's not paid, which can be an issue for some, but for me it did end up giving me the resume and the clips to go on and get paid jobs.

      competitive compensation packages but at the end of the day you just don't feel like you've done anything that matters.

      Inconvénients

      management seems unorganized at times. Lack of vision for the company's future. Unclear performance metrics to meet compensation structure. so
