      Great training opportunity. Working in education. Generally good co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Probation period is rough. Insular culture, outside ideas aren’t taken from management. Most people there have never been outside of UCR (student to employee). Pay isn’t the best,

      Inconvénients

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
