      Staff are second class citizens compared to faculty Facilities operations are broken, needs full overhaul of infrastructure A lot of hype about 'first class experience' for students, but no follow through Pay to park No merit raises for staff

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
