      Avantages

      Trident has talented employees, good technologies, good infrastructure, and also in a growthing industry. A lot of pentetionals can become real success.

      Inconvénients

      Bed management, no visions, no excicusions. Burn out cash too fast. Lack the ownership and the orgnization structure is too complecated for a small company.

      Avantages

      The pay here is good. Generally treatment of employees is fair. It hasnice work environment and very little work pressure.

      Inconvénients

      Growth prospects here are poor. Company's future is uncertain. You have to know someone in the management to count. Too much nepotism.
