      Avantages

      Business is steady and growing Good people

      Inconvénients

      People are worked to the bone. Many people often times will work 14+ days with out a day off. Questionable moves regarding overtime pay (people being moved to salary, not getting the OT paid) A toxic culture...people are not happy here. It's a depressing environment because the 'underlings' are worked to the bone. The owners are the ones calling the shots, cutting under the table deals. Then everyone else in the company has to clean up the mess

      Avantages

      Improved culture with a Team attitude. Lots of new biz coming in (job security), New Exec Team is focused and experienced. Investing in tech to make things better

      Inconvénients

      Logistics/Trucking’ is a hard biz but consistent and rewarding. Working OT especially during the busy times can put a strain on employees. More employees benefits would be appreciated but I hear they are coming.

      Not any that I can communicate Some employees will help you with problems but most just want keep their noses clean to stay off radar

      Inconvénients

      Abusive Management who lack tact and professionalism Location is near a penitentiary They talk in circles regarding financial state of company and overall dismal working environment. If there was a company that is need of a drastic culture change, this is it Salaries are always low-balled
