      Avantages

      Genuine respect between employees, senior members of staff, and founders which creates a warm and welcoming working environment. Surrounded by people who are incredible at their job, creating an exciting, challenging but rewarding environment.

      Inconvénients

      There are lots of very strong friendships, given the close nature of the company. This can feel quite hard at first, however TreasurySpring put a lot of effort into social activities and letting people form friendships which helps with this. This includes pub trips, meals, activities, and away weekends.

      Avantages

      - Real ownership with work and space to grow and a clear direction. - Great collaboration and excellent colleagues make a great culture. - Feels like everyone can bring their true selves to work. - Competitive pay, regular bonuses, flexibility, and great benefits. - Managers don't micromanage, and senior leadership is strong and always easily approachable and willing to listen to ideas.

      Inconvénients

      - None that I can genuinely think of that is expected when working in a scaling VC-backed scale-up with big ambitions.

      Avantages

      Great company - kind, genuine, generous, interesting work, inclusive, good employee benefits, wonderful people, excellent managers. Even the founders are super approachable and genuinely take an interest in everyone. Honestly - the best company I have ever worked for and they are going from strength to strength.

      Inconvénients

      Busy but that is good!
