Large company to provide experience and guidance in the industry with solid and well documented ISO procedures and processes. Was an excellent way to gain knowledge using an MRP system and the full scope of a manufacturing process. Many knowledgeable people with a passion for the business. A welcoming environment.
Inconvénients
Limitations for growth and opportunity. If you became valuable in a position it is difficult to move from that position, limiting then salary and opportunity. This left many with the difficult choice of limiting their own potential for growth within the organization or making the difficult decision to find opportunity elsewhere.
