      Avantages

      The only pro I can think of is that I don’t work there anymore.

      Inconvénients

      Very poor communication between departments. Upper management bicker and fight with each other during meetings. Parts almost always come in late which in-turn makes product leave the factory late. Parts are in short supply and hard to come by.

      - Communication could improve within departments, but I have seen improvements
