      Avantages

      Company encourages employees to learn and grow within the company. A self-starter can add many skills to their job basket in a short time. It is a good entry level company for someone looking to learn the logistics business

      Inconvénients

      Company is slow to innovate. Company depends on squeezing maximum amount of work out of it's Logistics Coordinators at minimum pay. Mid level Management spends more time on internal politics and networking then it does on managing contracts and improving services.

      Avantages

      Keeps you busy, fast paced. chance for advancement after one year. not much else to say as a pro. other than to say its a job.

      Inconvénients

      Old equipment the shunt truck I'm using is 8 years old and poorly maintained. Little to no training on the job your assigned. Pay is way below what it should be, if there is a mistake in your pay it takes a long time to get it fixed. If one of the shunt drivers has a day off, management waits until the last min to try to get someone to fill in, leaving the other shunt driver to do the extra work.
