YES. Correct as per the contract you signed, and as a contractor, you have the opportunity to review the projects offered. You do not have to accept the projects. However .. as you wrote this anonymously and have not included any details about the actual project, I cannot shed any more light on this for you. Once again though, you can say no to any project offered to you, you do not have to accept it, this is in the contract I have personally signed with you.

Besides working from home, absolutely nothing else.

Inconvénients

Owner is extremely rude, does not pay his typists, ignores emails and talks down to everybody. He thinks he is better than everybody else but he forgets that its the typists that bring him money. He is a narcissist. Even his project managers are being bullied by him, but they feel they can't leave or say anything to him. The few clients that he has left, need to know that they should go elsewhere.
