Poor team morale. No progression opportunities. Managers have no idea what their doing in the technical accounts team. Individual promoted within team to AVP for no reason. Senior management only listen to this invidiual when making decisions. This individual goes behind people's backs within the team and critizies them for personal gain. If you are not liked by this individual you will be fired. High turnover due to this one person bringing the team down.
