Ability to meet, network and be mentored by senior management on a regular basis.
Inconvénients
Some aspects of sales management are too driven by personal sales goals and not by employee development. Not enough personal development, and compensation for sales support staff, which leads to disconnect in a shared corporate vision with sales.
