      Avantages

      None, Do not believe in the self-proclaimed Words and the data they show, half of them are fake. Been there done that.

      Inconvénients

      - Very Toxic Managers - Poor Founders visions ( Blind to biased opinions) - Very unconventional thoughtprocess - No room for growth - Bunch of wannabe founders lying to firms about great deliverables - Please avoid this firm, it DOES NOT PAY your hard earned salaries and time efforts - College Students should especially avoid this toxic environment as a beginners in their career

      No pros, They don't pay on time.... sorry, sorry, being on time is too ambitious here, they don't even pay even after fullfilling every thing on time

      Inconvénients

      Cons No growth, nothing to learn from them, they are scammers, they are scamming their clients and the interns as well, and they have only 4-5 full-time employees. Interns are themselves managers for the other interns. totally unethical practices

      Got to work on a full-stack project alone (only because no one else was guiding or helping) Learned how shady companies operate

      Inconvénients

      Promised stipend + full-time conversion – received ₹0 Internship kept getting extended every week with fake reasons just to squeeze more free work Complete ghosting after internship ended – no response to calls, messages, or emails No proper tasks, no code reviews, no mentorship, no karma/redemption system (all fake claims) Entire workshops and content they sell are 100% AI-generated, zero original work Mental harassment level: 10/10 They literally survive on free intern labor
