There is a lack of community. Feels like a detention center where they force you to stay quiet and work. If you aren’t getting plates done you arent getting paid. If you have to go to the restroom they will dock it out of your pay only take these breaks during your own breaks. No PTO also. They force you to take off only 2 weeks a year without giving PTO. Rules within the company are consistently changing against their workers.
