      Inconvénients

      Said they don't do layoffs, then a year and a half later, laid me off. Some people on staff only work if they are watched. A lot of kids that are hired right out of high school and don't know anything about a work ethic. Poor leadership. Old, not maintained equipment does not help.

      Avantages

      The pay is decent and my manager is cool.

      Inconvénients

      The owner is hiring all of his family. He doesn’t know all of the time stealing going on by one of his “family members”. In the back the manager is either playing cards with his buddy he hired or using his engraver for his side business. I’m astonished at the disrespect that is going on. There are only a few people who carry their fair share.
