      1. Benefit of all the perks being the part of RIL. 2. Just complete your KRA and than you can do anything at office hours. 3. 2 Week offs in a week. 4. Salary before month end.

      Good colleagues. No sales pressure. Salary is always on time. No break limit. Good Incentive structure. Respectful management. Clean office.

      Inconvénients

      Use of abusive language on floor. No extra pay for over time. Partiality with old employees and new employees. Incentives are always delayed by 1 month
