      I liked some of my coworkers and i used to enjoy the job in the beginning

      Inconvénients

      There was no room to grow. They hired a new manager who altered everything around that was pushing for quantity over quality with customers and already made a high stress environment with their demand for answering calls even worse. It tanked and messed up our bonuses and their structure. Clear favoritism in certain instances. Don't speak up about issues unless you want a target on your back.

      Avantages

      A few of the great things of working at ThreadBeast as a growth intern is the exposure to growth strategies and hands-on projects that I'm constantly learning for both professional and personal development. As well as the mentorship that I receive from experienced professionals who are invested in their growth as well. This guidance provided has helped in building a solid foundation for a successful career has given me a chance to explore various facets of the business. It's given me a better understanding of how different departments work together to drive growth.
