      Will fire you at whim but they won't allow you to leave. Legal threats given for invalid/false reasons . Service Based Company. Low Quality work. Bad Management. Worst CEO. False promises. At the time of hiring, they make false promises of the work that you would get. Infact, they are unaware themselves, they don't know/care what work their emplyee is doing. They only care about the money/billing they get from client.

      Avantages

      No manager overhead. Less time wasted in useless ceremonies and meetings. Good hikes nearly in double digits(%).

      Inconvénients

      Offshore management of the company which you are hired for will have the final say in all decisions regarding leaves, hikes or promotions.
