      Unclear pathways to progression where some feel that promotions and pay increases are not always based on clear criteria Some have more flexibility in managing their workload, while others take on a heavier share of responsibilities

      Avantages

      Really enjoyed my time at the Lab. The company culture is brilliant. There’s a great work life balance, the projects are interesting, and they really champion you - making sure you’re on projects that align with your interests and you’re getting the experience to further your goals. They think outside of the box and are truly creative in the methodologies used and deliverables for their clients which makes work always exciting

      Inconvénients

      No major cons, the only slight drawback is that the company is a little bit top heavy which makes it difficult to see pathways for progression within the company
