Avantages

Fantastic people to work with and great flexibility. I would highly recommend this job, and I've worked a lot of retail in the past.

Inconvénients

"Trucks", or merchandise processing is difficult and early, but a great work out.

Decent pay for the most part

Inconvénients

No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
