      The people there are nice in this company.

      Inconvénients

      HR only does superficial work and doesn't care about employees. They only care about their interests. So it is hard to trust the management team.

      Avantages

      Stability, always get 40+ hours a week, job/industry will always be there.

      Inconvénients

      Poor upper management. They will wait years to give you a review, and only if you ask for one. They don't listen or take suggestions/feedback from employees. Constantly cutting budgets, moving employee positions to reduce employees' wages.
