      Inconvénients

      Having a corporate location in a different area than main area of business makes no sense. Management is dictating and promotes the "work more hours, get more growth" not work hard, get recognized approach. So more work, less life balance. NO Communication between departments So many assumptions between department/tasks that things fall through the cracks. Promise of raises/promotions after proving worth with no follow through Tried negotiating salary before accepting and was told "are you sure you want to work for us"

We appreciate feedback from our current and former employees, whether positive or negative, as it helps us to continue to build a better work environment for our team members. Regarding communication at TeemingVR, we have continued to encourage regular Teams video meetings over the past year to foster better communication about what is happening in the business and within our departments. We encourage employees who have questions or need more clarity to talk to their managers as well. Thank you for your contributions as a former TeemingVR employee.

      - Work from home - friendly co-workers

      Inconvénients

      - minimal training - no direction - shady owner (cares about money only) - poor recognition of employees who stuck it out when times were tough during pandemic. - awful terms and conditions policy for guests. - non-existent customer loyalty - outsourced our position to others who make 1/3 less than us with no thought on how it will actually affect business/morale.

      We are very disheartened to read this review of our company. We appreciate all of our employees, especially those who have stuck it out with us through the pandemic, software changes, and all the other challenges we have faced. We provide fair and generous compensation as well as benefits to our team members and believe we treat them fairly and with respect. We value each employee and believe we expressed this through appreciation and compensation. But as with any company that is growing quickly, change is inevitable. The management team made a strategic decision that eliminated some of the positions at our company and we assure you this decision was a very difficult one. No company ever wants to lose valuable players on the team but sometimes it is inevitable.
