Too much pressure and less material to achieve the desired result. We kept requesting for labs to work for almost a year before we finally got them. 10. Documentation for the supported products are slow. 11. It feels like colonization all over again because the senior/foreign colleagues have to give your promotion a go ahead before you can be promoted. 12. Too much politics 13.
