      Avantages

      Overall, managers are really comprehensive and flexible with study-related changes in schedules. Collaboration between pears is great. Hybrid model with 2 days on-site and 3 days of WFH. Great experience to jump to other companies.

      Inconvénients

      No Wi-Fi connection, just LAN. Overload for really low salary compared to other companies. Escalation just takes actions to "punish you" for the mistakes committed and no verbal correction is done. Company's leaders does not have great communication in tough times and they often kept secrets from employees.

      Avantages

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Inconvénients

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
