There are many opportunities to move around and challenge yourself. Target is investing heavily in tech so there is a lot of support for pushing the boundaries from a creative/tech perspective.
Inconvénients
Target is so big that depending on the team it can be challenging to feel like your contributions are making a real impact. Choosing your team carefully will go a long ways in making your Target experience good or bad.
