Avantages
The pay rate was very good. Your trainers & most co-workers are nice & have no problems helping you if you're not sure how to do something properly & safely.
Inconvénients
As much as they repeat & stress the importance of 'Safety, Safety, Safety' & tell you that if Ever you see anything at all that's 'Not Safe' to tell a leader or management so that it can be taken care/fixed, I told 5 different leaders/management about 2-3 "Unsafe" issues/spots/locations & Each n everyone of them told me "Ehh it'll be ok, don't worry about it", "Yeah we/they know about that, it's been that way for awhile, Someone will get to it eventually (later)". But all those safety hazards were never thought about anymore & definitely Never got fixed. There are different things that they don't teach you or tell/inform you about & you'll just have to figure it out on your own when you come across it AND you WILL get fired for doing/acting it wrong or incorrectly. This company is very strongly Against any type of union or anybody talking to others in efforts of forming any or to even 'appear' as if they possibly could be thinking about forming one. For 12 hr shifts you only get (2) 30 min breaks, but after the walk from your work area to the break room takes up about 5-8 min you only end up getting about 18min.
