- Not professional stability
- At the interview the company representative assures you that if your numbers are correct after 6 months agent gets the permanent contract. However, the company doesn't renewal the contract even if you are able to reach the targets and QA is exceptional.
- From my batch no one got the permanent contract and we are talking over 40 agents, as the numbers for the target looked like were manipulated manually.
- Besides that only colleagues were nice.
- The working tools (CRM) were not aligned with the training we had, leading to made few errors in the tickets or claims unfortunately but was out of our hands.
- You can not rely on the HR team as never answers any kind of contact (mail, phone, chat)
- Payments are never in time
- The news of not been renewed were delivered the same last day, few hours before the shift ends,
- "Finiquito" and documents needed were not ready on time and now will be 2 weeks and any of the 40 ppl didn't get our payment.
- If you are looking for a stability and transparent company, I wouldn´t recommend Teleperformance.
